Number of customers, active users, NPS, whatever can show trends in the customers’ use / adoption of your amazing product
This could be your sales metrics / pipeline, MRR, closing accounts… Ideally show some historical information a nice graph can say a lot
Team size – key hires missing – might be in the ask but repeating is key – repeating is key – repeat… investors need the nudge
Cash is king so your total cost, net burn rate, cash in bank and months left can be good to track – make sure you trust people on your email list 😉
